Please fill out and bring a copy of the Media Release Form to the tournament. It must be signed by the guardians of all your team members (if they are under 18) or by the team members (if they are 18 or older).

Why should a coach read the coaches' notes? To get last minute information regarding requirements for the tournaments, and to make sure you are aware of all of the details you need to have in place for your OMER's prior to and on the day of the tournament. It includes requirements on banners, cakes, check in, and much, much more! PLEASE read them as soon as possible.
