Friday, January 22, 2010 at 7:22PM All coaches should check their registrations online to make sure that they are up to date. If you have paid your tournament registration fee you should see a $0 balance. If you need to add members to your roster, this needs to be done ASAP or no later than two weeks before your tournament. You may not delete a member or change a member. If there are circumstances that the state office should know about, please e-mail us at GeorgiaOdysseyAD@gmail.com.
Tournament schedules, coaches' notes, and information concerning volunteers will be on the GA Odyssey website two weeks prior to the tournament, in the "Tournaments" section.
Registrations are not complete until the registration fee has been paid and a judge representing your team has registered online. If you think your registration is complete and you have not received an e-mail from the state office notifying you of this, please contact GeorgiaOdysseyAD@gmail.com. Your team will not be scheduled until your registration is complete.
