Georgia Odyssey of the Mind

Have you ever wondered about how other countries participate in the Odyssey of the Mind Program? Each year about 25 teams stay with host teams in the US to learn more about us. Although a host team (and family) does not have to participate in World Finals, most foreign teams will stay with their host group after the completion of the World Finals competition. Their stay is usually 3 days to a week. Opportunities to host are limited, so sign up as early as possible. Shortly after the start of the New Year matches are made based on how many foreign teams, by division and country, are expected to participate. Travel plans will not be finalized until after each Association’s National competitions are over.
