VOLUNTEERS! Each team is to provide one volunteer. When the coach completes the Check-in process, they need to remove the volunteer card from their Check-in packet and give it to the team volunteer. There will be a volunteer registration table set up in the Check-in area beginning 45 minutes before Opening Ceremonies on the day of the competition. Each volunteer should select a work assignment and time slot at the Volunteer table between 7:15 and 8:30. The volunteer should report to their designated assignment and sign in with the person in charge of that site and give their volunteer assignment card to verify attendance. If your volunteer would like to work the “early shift” (7:00 – 9:00 am) please contact Frances Micklow at micklowfm@gmail.com as soon as possible. Remember that your team will have to pay a $100 penalty if your judge or volunteer does not report to serve.
