Spontaneous Workshop Registration

NEW THIS YEAR:
Registration for each Spontaneous Workshop will close 10 days before the event date.  No teams will be added once registration is closed.

About the Workshops

• Bring your coach and up to 7 team members to practice Spontaneous problems with us.

• We are offering 2 workshop dates and a total of 3 sessions so more Georgia teams can participate.

• Each session lasts 3.5 hours (including check-in and breaks).

• Teams will experience a variety of different types of Spontaneous problems.

• All problems are carefully selected by the State Spontaneous Problem Captain.

• Experienced volunteers will be on site to provide guidance to both teams and coaches.

⚠️ Note: All sessions feature the same problems. Please only register for one session.

Registration & Fees

• Teams: $70 per team (up to 7 members)

• Coaches (no team): $5 (payable at the workshop)

• Non-refundable once registered

• Registration is first-come, first-served — spots are limited.

💡 Change requests: Any session/date changes after initial registration require a $30 change fee and are only possible if spots are still available.

Requirements

• Coach/Adult Required: Each team must be accompanied by a coach/adult.

  • The coach will move with the team and observe all problems.

• Volunteer Required: Each team must provide one adult volunteer to assist in a problem room.

  • This volunteer stays in one room the entire workshop (does not accompany the team).

Payment Information

• Online registration requires a credit card deposit to secure your team’s spot.

• Teams paying by cash, check, or money order at the workshop will be refunded their online payment.

• This option is available for teams that must pay by check.
